French Street Pencil Signed Limited Edition Print Can You Read the Artist?

I just took this limited edition print of a French street scene out of the frame as the frame is nothing special and I needed to see if it had any other damage than the water spots on the top border. I think the style is somewhat unique although I am truly not knowledgeable about art. It measures 30" x 22 1/4". There was no marking on backing paper, frame or on the back of the print. Can anyone recognizer the name? Probably just another street painter, but there is always hope. I did attach photo of corner of frame.

 

Looks like a signed limited edition print of a watercolor. Can't make out the sig though.

That would be right if it has a number. I'm just not here today. I'll change that. I'm using a jeweler's loupe and there are no dots, it sure does look like a real watercolor though.

 

Even if it is a real watercolour, it is, as you said, a street painter. Sold on the streets anyway. But with those numbers it looks like a print to me, 435/500.

 

Yes, always hoping I have a find...at last. Lithographs do not have dots, right?
