French/ Spanish painting? Signature?

    Can anyone help me with this painting, to me it looks a french painting from 80's :

    Arias is a Spanish surname. But of course Spanish people travel.
    Looks like a very attractive amateur painting. Of a bride, maybe.

    10f likely refers to the French system of canvas sizing. It uses a number followe by a letter. F is for figure, P for paysage and M is for marine. 10f is 55 x 46cm.

    How clever of you. The frame is also marked 55 x 46 on the back.

    Abdel is in Morocco, which was under French rule for a time. They could use the French system of canvas sizing.

    That is what it looks like to me.
