Hi I am rehoming lots of porcelain and have been enjoying finding out what it all is. This plate is leaving me a little stumped and I can't find the mark anywhere? Anyone got any ideas?

I looks like Rouen Faience, what does the motto say under the coat of arms?

<edit> It isn't Rouen, it's Desvres, Fourmaintraux Freres mark.

Ah that would make sense with the two Fs on the stamp! I think it says St Jean de Luz under the shield

Looks like a souvenir plate from St.-Jean-de-Luz so, if not made in China :), likely a local manufacturer.

I can't find any other reference to an "early" coat of arms so think she may be smokin' something.
