French? Etching artist

I am wondering if anyone has any information on this etching. I believe it says “once upon a time” in French. I would appreciate any information. I purchased in Phoenix, AZ but it was framed in Washington D.C. based on the sticker. Thanks!

 

Artist appears to be Dujour. Could be Canadian.

I see dufour also. It's a lovely etching, nicely colored.
The metal plate of this piece was cut apart and run through the press at least 3x to colorize the final print.

 

Or maybe twice, but perhaps it appears to have some hand-inked (mono-print type) qualities in the flowers. The extra printing work made an attractive background.

 

Defour. Not Dejour. Of, course, clever you. Not the same signature as this work by Evelyn though.
