I've been unpacking some boxes today having recently moved premises. I remember purchasing this solid bronze sculpture from France, but am struggling to identify its maker. There are no foundry marks etc. and so I would appreciate any help please.

It could be by Faguays (at a guess) but???

It stands 14 1/2 inches including its marble base. The bronze has an age-related green patina which proved difficult to capture with my camera.

Looks more like an "after" than a recasting.
