    Welcome to the board Andrew.
If the Edit is still showing, go back, click Edit, click More Options then click Full Image.
We will also need a picture of what is written on the top of the lamp.

If you don't have a Worth point account, you can post the link to Worth Point. We have a couple people who have accounts.

The only help I can offer for the lamp, is time period around the 1970s. Which is a guess based on it being a swag lamp.

Can't say that I really know other than to say I've sold a few pieces (not lamps).

There are at least a couple of the Wills signed lamps on Worthpoint but since he had a very long career there it doesn't narrow down the date.

There is one of this style of lamp on Worthpoint with the initial V and if I'm reading the Van Briggle guide correctly it might be for a glazer, Helen Johnson 1983-94 so if that's correct it might narrow down a date. I'm guessing there are catalogs out there somewhere. Anyway you can see what you think.

There are at least two Wills lamps in this search.
