Franz Witter mark on Dresden figurine? Trying to figure out age.

    A1.jpg A2.jpg I have another Dresden lace figure I'm trying to determine the age of it. It's marked "Germany" on the bottom, so is it safe to assume it's pre-1918? It's 9" tall and about 6" wide, and has a heavy solid feel. I'm pretty sure I have discovered it's decorated by Franz Witter, but that's all I know. Thank you!

    Rontgen has another company: Ackermann & Fritze, Volkstedt (Rudolstadt, Thuringia), 1908-1952.
