I am not even sure if it is Jewelry?
it is 12" long with a strange clasp missing something.
It was $5.00 so took a chance.

Given the size it is probably meant to serve as a 'ghungroo', or dance ankle bracelet. Kuchi, Banjara or related tribes, NW India or Pakistan. The Kuchi are nomads of Iranian origin, the Banjara are Indian Gypsies.
Silver of a fineness of 800 and under can develop a lot of verdigris.
If there is any silver in this at all, it would probably be a silver content of .500, which is below legal fineness in just about every country.
These anklets are not made as an investment, but as an adornment and dance accompaniment.

Mikey, it is best to remove all that verdigris, or it will eat away at the metal. Don't use vinegar, it could be plated. In this case I would cover it in oil, leave it for an hour or so, then wash it off.

    Yay!
    My guess is ca 1960s.
It is easy to make a replacement pin closure btw. Just find a piece of wire that fits, and make a loop at the top.
These bangles often have a small hole next to the top of the closure, if this one has one of those, attach a short chain to the hole and to the loop of the pin. That way you don't lose the pin.
