Featured Found a sculpture

I was over at the junktique thrift and found this sculpture (which also doubles as my hatstand)- a 'found object' Duchamp might've enjoyed.

on the bright side......worth between 40 & 150 BUCKS..... or so...

 

I love it ! I said to my lady,look honey-it's only 20 bucks ! She nodded & said-'If you like it...'. Thank got she's gotten used to my weirdness after 3000 years.
PS-Here's me-'You sure ya really like that $120 rocker...OK,i'll go back & pick-it up in the morning'. It comes home,she says-'Hey look,i found our rocker-$1300'...wah-wah !

 

I think that's fabulous. A great example of vintage American industrial design.

I prefer the stairway sculpture thingy, reminds me of Escher. Painting looks nice too. It all fits together with the industrial thing though, nice composition.

 

Thanks-The hunk of birch bark,stairway sculpture (last decent Goodwill find pre-Covid) & cityscape abstract by my fave art professor.
It's the mixing head to a Hobart industrial blender,these blenders (unlike your Ninja) are 4-6 feet tall & prob weigh 3-400 lbs.
