FOund a painting by C. Chow? C. Claw? - Thoughts?

    FOund this yesterday at the thrift store where I found the large brass/bronze deity figure I posted yesterday.
    Can anyone tell me who the artist is?
    Thoughts on painting? (I used reverse psychology on myself - thinking if it was just factory art they would have used an American name instead of C Chow (what I read) - may be crap, but it helped me talk myself into buying it after spending a ton on the Chinese figure!)

    Thanks for any feedback!

    Thanks all - I think I knew when I saw the made in Mexico frame but I thought it was nice - and it was cheap - but I was still hoping it was a winner (it's an addiction!)
