Found these yesterday going through stacks of stuff I've collected from my daily 'treasure hunting' at local thrift stores & estate sales (Now that thrift stores are closed & I can't buy anything, I'm actually making a dent in my piles of stuff I've collected + I'm actually building a little nest egg - but honestly it's burning a hole in my pocket & I'm just waiting for the day my local thrift stores reopen!)

Googling these I found they were done by a Arthur O'klein and there was a series of them. Does anyone know how many were in the series?
Can anyone tell me what the titles are (They are in French)?

My favorite is the one in the middle!

Any other info would be appreciated!

Think my idiomatic French is insufficient for the other one. 'beau blond' is a good looking (male) blond. Think first bit is something like 'Here comes', but can't make sense of the question in this scene. Is the blond the cat? Have to say, not my favorite genre of art. My stepmother put one of dogs in line, waiting to use the pissoir, in the bathroom, across from the toilet. After her death, my dad took it down.

I have seen at least 5 different ones from the 3 you have, but have not been able to pin down an actual number. You can view them on Pinterest. I also found out he used a different name for what he considered his "real" work, but it was overshadowed by the popularity of these Dirty Dogs.

I guess you may know that his name was Arthur Klein and he used the name Boris O'Klein, instead.

They've sold from $91 to $150 on ebay - I think they are funny but it's a limited space they could be hung in!

There are 13 in the classic series illustrated , he also did a series of rectangular pieces on a similar vein , but not so popular.
His son was selling restrikes from the original plates last time I looked about ten years ago and may well still be doing so.
