Featured FOLK ART (?) PAINTING? CHILD'S PAINTING? OF DOG SO BAD IT'S GOOD?!

    My girlfriend found this behind a bunch of ... stuff while trying to make room for a shelf so we can display more toys (got a storage unit at auction full of vintage toys!) - I remember it & that I loved it when I first found it in a thrift store many months ago.

    Any thoughts on it? It is - to me - so cool(!) lol
    PS - Anyone ever heard - of an artist named Heard? :)

    Springer spaniel is one thing; I think this one is a mainspring spaniel(LOL).
