Foil (?) artist,a little help?

Hi all,I picked up these 2 3d paintings of New York city,mainly because the one had the twin towers. That,plus they are so colorful! Normally not my cup of tea,but these appealed .I think Its signed "Snyder" but havent found anything as of yet. They are a bear to photograph,the reflections drove me bonkers. I dont want to take them out of the frames because they are so well sealed. They are 13x8,and any input is appreciated. I thought tourist tat,but the more I look I dont care if they are,I just love them!

 

I especially like the first one.......love the colors and subject.
