    Hi Everyone,

Can anyone attribute these to a maker? The maker's signage is in the last photo.

    TIA

I can't help with maker but I don't believe these were meant to be flower frogs. They appear to be made to be lamps. The holes at the top & the bottom are where the lamp parts would be fed through. The small hole on the back side of the base is where the electric cord would go.

Try the Italian company of Agostinelli & Dal Prà. This is from the book Italian Pottery Marks by the Del Pellegrinos.

I also noticed the holes for a lamp, but thinking these were added later. Thanks for your feedback.

Do those perforated domed pieces on the top lift off?

Thank you. I was curious because they look so much like they would lift right off.
