I thought this would be easy to search, but, not for me.
What is it? The only wording I can find on it, is on the front. I don't know if it's made by H. G Fischer, or not. Also using one word..Fischertherm....doesn't gather any results, so it may be 2 words.
It's about 18" wide and 9.5" high. I don't know if the copper piece goes to it, or not. But that is how it was found.

You should find a matching socket for the plug on the treatment cup somewhere on the machine.

Thanks so much Messi, Af and Terry
Terry, is that what this is? A signal generator? I looked up signal generator but don't really understand what it is.
Would it sell?, being so old.
    Thanks again:)

It does look rather like a loudhailer, but this could be to direct the supposedly healing radiation to the site of the treatment. Obviously. if there is no place to plug it in, it may indeed be a loudspeaker.

There may be a salvageable component or two inside. The only value I can see in the pics is $15 for the knobs and metal scrap.

Jeez Af, I'm so sorry, I thought I had mentioned about the plug....I'm extremely scatter brained today. I couldn't find anywhere to plug it in, so I think it doesn't go with it. Thank you:)
    Thanks Terry, I appreciate that.:cat:

As a quack medical device, its value is its looks. It doesn't have that.

I think someone previously tried to make it into something else.

Thanks Terry, so I'm confused is it a medical device?, or a signal generator? PLEASE pardon my stupidity:confused:
Thanks for showing that video Shiloh, those people are crazy to do that!!!! I'd be running far away from it....

Apparently the name on the plate sold them as medical devices. They have no medical function.

But I always do feel invigorated after a good session of applied voltage.
