Figurines Germany with gold anchor marks

    This is the last of the figurines i bought the other day.
    They are small at 4 1/4" I seem to remember a few threads about this gold anchor mark but never found out who it is made by?

    The gold anchor mark is a nod to Chelsea, early British porcelain.
