Fenton Glass Vase

I have a Fenton Glass vase I have a couple of questions about. It is a gray satin glass with hand painted decoration signed on the bottom by the artist. Was wondering if anyone knew what Fenton called this color and decoration and also what time period this is from? Thanks

 

Josh----I don't know the Color. The vase is newer and was probably made a couple years before they closed. It may still be a new Chinese import for Fenton Glass.

 

Can't know what Fenton called it, but if you are trying to describe it without pictures...try Moonstone.

I found a similar vase on the "bay" under Fenton Smokey Gray Satin Compote. Not too much info but seller does indicate it is 1980's production. I checked my 1980's Fenton book and found the shape simply identified as "melon vase." I couldn't find any reference to the decoration or the color smokey gray. Hopefully this will give you something to search further.
