    Both sides of my family have always taken care of everything they owned, and traveled
    quite a bit. So on the path of their lifelong journey's they of course acquired many wonderful treasures. And they ALWAYS researched anything they could before investing
    their hard earned money into the necessary essentials for raising several children. As the years go by, that tradition is carried out still to this day !!!

    And what a lovely tradition it is.....until it comes to that time that one must decide, relunctantly, of what to do with them.

    In the meantime, they are to be loved and appreciated.

    WELCOME to ANTIQUERS as well, Juliet!! Totally agree with what you said, but keeping the records is just as essential for those that were left those things!!!! Just bemoaning the fact that my Mom was NOT the greatest record keeper! AND can't wait to see what you'd like to show us!!! You are absolutely right about the memories attached to so many of them too, sometimes making it all the harder to part with them!!!!!:rolleyes::rolleyes:
