From a continuation of the sale where I got those miniature Erhu cloisonne pieces.

These are in nicer condition, fairly ornate, front and back. I can't find anything similar online. Am I correct using "cloisonne"? I don't think these have huge age, might guess mid-20th century or so, but could be wrong. Just seems like there should be others out there for comparison online but can't find a single one. (How's that for a challenge....?) All help much appreciated. Thanks.

Thank you Mill Cove, this is the first similar I've seen. And identical to the ones I sold last week. The first comparable. Thank you!

Was dating these based on when the former owner would likely have traveled -- could be 1960's-70's, 1980's at the latest. Maybe should have said 2nd half of the 20th century to be more specific. Vintage in any case.

Wasn't sure if this was so much an Ebay item.... as who would even be looking for them? How to find the right buyer....?

    Additional thoughts welcome.

    They are seriously cute!
A way to tell old(ish) from recent Chinese cloisonné is the metal wires. If they are twisted, like on these, they are recent. You can recognize them by the serrated edges. I don't know exactly when they were introduced, but my guess is late 70s. The older ones are really little walls instead of twisted wire, the edges are smooth.
I would have been your right buyer, but not now, too many cute little things around here already. Try Etsy.
