Thanks. Maybe if we find something common in the decoration all three pieces we can pin the country of origin.

My first reaction is to think the people are Italian.

Agree, South Tyrole, in Northern Italy:

I don't know if I am seeing it right, it looks like the man is wearing a small hat. Small hats are usually Austrian (and German), but in some parts of South Tyrole they wear a style close to the Austrian style.

Hard to tell the difference sometimes, the second and third one from the left are from Austrian Tyrole, Austria, the others from South Tyrole, Italy:

It could be the second hat from the right, that one is from Kaltern an der Weinstraße.

Thanks for the suggestions. I’m leaning more towards Austrian piece.

Maybe they are doing Tarantella dance?

Not in the Alps, the Tarantella is from southern Italy, Italy proper, so to speak.
South Tyrole has an Austrian culture, they speak German. Some people there feel oppressed by Italian rule, although they now have equal rights.

It looks like the hole in the bottom was drilled after the fact, probably to make it into a lamp. In general, drilling the bottom like that significantly reduces the pieces value
