Europe "Street Scene" Oil Painting-Signature ID Help?

Any help appreciated...Signature...Location??

 

Paris-Clock tower and flower market.

Too much glare in the photo to see the artist's first name.

As to the sig, I really haven't a clue. All I can say is that the given names starts with a "P" and ends with a "f" or "l". If ends with an "l" may be Paul. One of the letters, possibly the letter before the f or l looks like an "i," but believe the dot is part of the background. Sooo instead of an "i" it may be a "u." If any of this is right, which I would be surprised, the given name may be Paul. The surname probably begins with "F" and may end with a "g"???????

I've been to Paris many times and this looks like a typical street artist painting. You may never be able to decipher the signature.
