Eugene Delcroix Prints?

I have these two separate prints and I believe they are by Eugene Delcroix, but I'm not sure if they're real. The back of the first one has "Old Brulatour(?) Courtyard #1930" and the second one says "Lacy Balconies Royal St. #2070". They both have a very faint etching in the bottom right corner that says "E. Delcroix" and under it something that looks like "H.C.L.A". Any ideas? Thanks.

If they're original photographs, I would bet they're very valuable... if later prints, not so much?
