Etching Title, Location, & Artist, translation help

Another head scratcher for me. Any help is appreciated.

The title is "Rothenburg Tor" - a gateway in the town of Rothenburg ob der Tauber. It's a favourite subject of German etchers.

It is him, His sigs differ from time to time but i am sure it is. I found the Location also. it is called Kobolzeller tower gate.. This Watercolor was done by Paul Mcgehee.

 

Had heard that many prints continued to be produced after his death so not all may be signed by him. Was not able to verify this information just now and don't remember where I heard this. Probably came up when I was researching some prints I had (Probably still have somewhere since I could generate no interest in them).
