This is framed and measures 13 1/4" x 17 3/4". I don't see any dots in the picture so I am not sure how it is done.

Sorry to send you off track. Your artwork is well painted, is there nothing on the back?

The back is papered. The last name is Arnouto.

    Aargh, I was seeing Arnould!
When an artist says ‘after‘ it usually means they have painted a copy of this artists work.
    Ignore pic thumbnail btw.

House, that could be it. Really hard to understand signatures sometimes.

    Georg Ludwig Wilhelm Arnoud (1843-1913)

but as Houseful said: this is "after" Arnoud, which doesn't tell a lot about your print. Likely a chromolithograph. No idea as to how old.

I can remember some local bank giving away sets of similar prints when I was a kid. Don't know what kind of prints those were either. And maybe it wasn't a bank. Might have been the Hudson's Bay Company.

It was the Hudson's Bay Company, but nothing to do with Arnoud.
