   Is it a cruet stand?
   
   Unable to figure out the maker's name:
   
   Something with STAR at the end.
   And the logo looking like the Dead Kennedys logo
   
   And the reason I bought it:

   I don't think so, but I’m no help to what it is.
   
   Cruet stand would normally hold, salt, pepper, vinegar and maybe mustard.
