These enameled tumblers are 4 1/4" tall. They are very lightweight--all 4 weigh under 1 lb. The glass is optic and has lots of very tiny bubbles. Rims are ground and polished and then gold trimmed. The enamel decoration is different on each. The glass glows a soft, yellow-green color under UV light.

I thought these may be Charleton decoration, but now I'm not sure. I think they may be older.

    Any thoughts?

    Thanks!

I don't think they are American. I think you are right about them being older.
The floral looks more German, French, or Austrian.
    Just my thoughts

As to the green glow under black light. There is some thought that it comes from the calcium in the glass. Calcite, a mineral has that same glow. Lime, one of the main ingredients in glass is Calcium oxide.
