Enamel Guilloche Wrist Watch Diala

Hi,
I found this watch, doesn't work. Enamel Guilloche on the front, not sure if the strap is original. Diala is on the front but I'm not finding anything. I'm thinking 1920s. Inside the back cover it reads Metal Plaque or Garanti 5 ans Swiss M8 - I found that this means gold plated and guaranteed for 5 years. So is this is a Swiss made watch or just the case is Swiss made? Would Diala be a company? I tried to translate the word but it stays the same.

Swiss, 1930s, band probably original, the style is typical. Not a high grade piece, 5 years plating was pretty well as thin as it ever got. The movement is an 8 or 10 jewel cylinder escapement with no compensation, on the cheap side as movements go. The brand name might just as well be a bunch of Munchkins for all it means now.
