Featured Egyptian Revival fragment,made by ???

Here's a piece I just picked up for a few bucks.It's 2 1/4 inches across by 2 inches tall.I can't spy any signatures on it & can't guess what the stones might be.Pieces seem to be missing from what I guess was a pendant ? Any ideas abt who made it & what it might've looked like complete would be greatly appreciated-thanks.

I would expect a perfect fit of the cabochons on a Neiger piece. It is a striking piece though.

True, I’d not spotted that, although they might be added. It’s certainly twenties revival I’d think. A stomacher type necklace. Or remnant thereof.

 

I'd sure love it to be a Neiger- but whatever it is I love it too.I started googling Neiger when I found it-good lord there stuff couldn't be more nostalgic or romantic.For costume,it's beautifully crafted.
This Geisha went for $320 US (which seems reasonable to me).Nice change from the Egyptian motifs-

I'd buy it for my Wife but she'd prob be happier w/ a few more Bat Houses.
