Egyptian Ceremonial Tray?

    Call it an Egyptian-style tray.
    It may - or may not- be made of actual copper; and the details are unlikely to be silver; probably would be tin, or perhaps just painted on with metallic paint.
    These trays are made for the Egyptian tourist trade and the import industry, and have been for at least the last 50 years. My parents got some in Egypt in 1959, and they are still being made today. They are not made for any traditional or ceremonial use.
    As such, it is pointless to ask what the inscription means (it is likely copied from other trays) or what it was used for, and they are quite hard to date; the styles and materials have not changed for half a century.
    They often are sold with small stands; you can used them as a small table; to display other small items; as a coffee or tea service table; you can hang them on the wall.....your choice.
