Egg shaped paperweight on wood base- with flower - Origin?

    Any ideas on this one? It has a large bubble at the center of the flower and a bubble placed at the tip of each of the flower petals. It glows a dull lime green (definitely glowing although not brightly like uranium glass would) under a black light. Thanks again!

    Chinese. A fairly common one, but they're nicely made.
