Edwardian scene painting - No signature

I found thus on the way home today. I would say it is pretty modern, probably painted in acrylic paint. There is no signature visible. Only clue is SP25 on the back of the canvas. Possibly factory art. Still, it is pretty good quality.

Yes, it is decorative art. Of the Rainy Day in Paris Street Scene school. I suspect it's meant to be the Rue Royale with the Madeleine Church on the right. A popular subject. (Another is below.) These were popular in the 1950s/1960s so may be a bit older than thought.

A lot of them are done in a surrealist style to hide the fact that the artists are of great quality. I like the fact that there is a fair bit of ability here. I thought may e that the background was printed and then paint splodged on top but you can see faint brush Mark's on the faces so maybe it's all real.
