It's 4” tall, 2 ¾” across the mouth, 2” across the foot ring:

I hate these patterns that look like they will be easy to id because they seldom are easy. I couldn't find anything - what does the bottom look like?

Pieces like this are tough to ID. If you do facebook, the group I would check with first is Glass Lovers Glass Database. You will need to request to join but it is a treasure trove of information and helpful members. They might direct you to the Early American Pattern Glass group if they believe it may be EAPG. Which it may be but I am not familiar with this pattern either. It is pretty though, I love the flowers!

Thanks. You know... I just hate joining specialized groups when I have questions to ask maybe 2 or 3 times a year, and I'm not a devoted aficionado of whatever the subject is. Mostly I'm looking for info so I can list a thing and try to sell it, and some sites (like Gotheborg) would just as soon not have you as a member if that's your prime motivation. One reason I like this place is because there's such a variety of stuff and it's taken as understood that a lot of the questions are ultimately sales motivated. That doesn't detract from the things people post (usually), or the info that's so freely given.

Would that I had a dedicated focus of interest. Sadly, I am merely a butterfly gadding from blossom to blossom.

If it helps any, the flowers look like Clematis to me. Possibly Cosmos too

    Certainly. Thank you.

If it's Inwald, that would make it Bohemian (Czech)?
Thanks for finding that. Looking through Google, Inwald made some nice stuff.
