    Measurements help. This looks like the Wright stick candy missing the cover. I the diameter 3 1/2"? If so Wright and a new shape not originally made.

    8" is celery height, spooners are to hold spoons with the handles sticking up so you can grab one. The Adams celery has a rim with large POINTS (slightly rounded at the top) on it.
