EAPG Footed Pitcher - Need help w/ pattern &/or maker please.

    I have actually managed to find the pattern & makers for several of the pieces, but this little pitchers has me stumped. I was hoping someone might recognize it & help me out.
    It is 6 3/4" to the lip. I am not sure if this is anything but the handle is made to look like it has screws at the top & bottom.
