I couldn't leave this EAPG piece in the store with its well-used scratched surface and lumpy interior. Sounds wonderful, right? :)Actually, I couldn't find this shape after hours of searching, so I thought I would ask here about its purpose and anything else someone might want to share. It is medium sized at 7 1/2 inches in diameter and 4 1/2 inches high (including the feet). Too small for a centerpiece, so I thought compote, but that didn't seem right. Maybe a flower bowl?
It is hand engraved. The lines are all cut cattywampus. It is lumpy on the interior because the three triangles with the leaves are lower than the other panels.
    Any help appreciated.

We'll see what others have to say, but it doesn't look to me like EAPG. More likely fairly recent cut crystal from eastern Europe.

does appear to be consistent with McKee's #412 Innovation line beginning c1918 which some say is beyond the EAPG era, yet others accept as the end. Yours piece looks like the fern bowl sans the liner...

    here's a catalog sheet

Thank you, MOS. I don't know enough to differentiate. It has a lot of wear for new, though.

Wowsa. That's it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! While I was researching that name, McKee, came up in similar shaped objects. I just couldn't find that exact shape and pattern.
You are astonishing. I love old glass and have nothing by McKee. I'm so excited! Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

@TallCakes I think this solves the mystery of this 10 inch tall vase that I have been researching for months. I did a search on McKee Innovation and found three posts that say this vase is Innovation #410. What do you say?

Perfect! I have been looking for this vase's background forever. It has a beautiful shape and a fluid design that abruptly terminates into that more architectural rim. Quite the thing. Thank you so much.
