    Looks like it,but never say never. Have you tested it? I once found a skulls head ring at a bar in the pocket of a pool table and it had no markings so I never thought much of it,then one day YEARS later I decided to get it tested ,and lo and behold,it turned out to be 14kt! It was very crudely cast and not terribly appealing.Your bracelet reminded me of that ring,so it might be a custom job.

    It's got that "eye of providence" / "eye of god" motif. I wonder what that means combined with an eagle head...?

    But seriously, I'd think the Chinese guy was a contractor filling an order for a client somewhere else in the world. That isn't any kind of Chinese symbology is it?
