Durhum Cathedral (from the Wear) by ?

I’m looking for some help to identify the artist responsible for this etching titled “Durhum Cathedral (from the wear)”. I’ve can’t make much sense of the signature? The Melbourne gallery listed on the label on the back of the frame no longer exists.

 

Don't know who did it, but the title is "Durham Cathedral (from the Wear)".

Durham is situated on the River Wear (but you probably realized that).

 

you can find similar views "from Prebend's bridge", but that's not much help either.

 

Tomb of the Venerable Bede but that's not much help either.
