    Very typical 1930s - 40s dresser , usually part of a set . Not terribly valuable.

    I agree 1930s, maybe as early as late 20s.

    Furniture prices vary according to the area you are in. If you are planning an estate sale, you want to price it low enough that you do not have it left over and have to donate it to a thrift store.

    Here in CA a retail price in an antique store might be $250-$300.
    At an estate sale pricing it at $125. and taking the $100 offer would be a good deal. Again it depends a lot on where you live.
