Dragon & Phoenix Bowl..modern?

    Wear to interior base but very little wear to foot. Decoration possibly hand finished. Thickly potted. Diameter 10.4 inches, height 4 inches. No makers marks.

    Was about to consign this to the "move along, nothing to see pile" but would appreciate a second opinion in case our view that it is a modern piece is wrong.

    Background colour is grey with a hint of green.

    Photo taken using daylight bulbs and light booth using an almost beige background ;)
