    This piece of art work measures 18x24 inches.It is very colorful and well done. a1.jpg a2.jpg a3.jpg a4.jpg A5.jpg a6.jpg a7.jpg a8.jpg a9.jpg a1.jpg a1.jpg a2.jpg a3.jpg a4.jpg A5.jpg a6.jpg a7.jpg a8.jpg a9.jpg a1.jpg a2.jpg a3.jpg a4.jpg A5.jpg a6.jpg a7.jpg a8.jpg a9.jpg a1.jpg
    That is pretty much what I know about it.
    I am not sure if it is a drawing or a Print or about how old it is .
    I am guessing it is Japanese but not sure about that either.
    Any info about it would be appreciated.

    It looks like a hand colored woodblock print - the black outlines done with a block, and the colors added with gouache and ink. The dark clouds look like sumi ink. I would guess Japanese rather than Chinese.

    The Japanese also have those dragons with 'antlers', but the claws look Chinese. The general feel is also Chinese.
