Does this have antique value

    IMG_1086.JPG IMG_1085.JPG IMG_1086.JPG Hi, I am a newbie to antiques and appreciate all comments. I am downsizing my 87 year old moms house. Overwhelming with many items. Here is a small 7" high base that caught my eye. Antique? Value?

    What are the words on the bottom of the vase in the second photo? I'm sorry to have to ask but I can't quite make them out. ;)

    I do like the color(s), form, and size of the vase. ;)

    I still can't read it, but with a label like this it doesn't qualify as an antique. Too new.

    The word 'Jasba' is definitely on the vase.....sideways to the right..........as @johnnycb09 mentioned!!!
