Does this Chinese cloisonné thing have any age or value?

    So I'm going through boxes looking for things to list and I know the Asian market has been really strong. I came across this don't know how I over looked it, but here it is. I have no training in the Asian field and would like to know any info you could share on it. What was it's intended purpose? Is it old?     Ok so i found a link someone posted in another thread and i think I've figured out its use. Is it a tobacco jar? And from what I've read it's early 20th century?

    Most of the "t-fret" in background, cloisonne dates around 1920 and seems to be popular with collectors in china.
