Poked around a bit and didn’t find anything similar. I thought it has some D&E attributes.
What say ye?

 

I am no expert, but I don't think the pin back is right for D & E.

It might not be D&E, but I'd still wear it for Valentine's Day.

 

What about Weiss? That was my other thought. I think it’s spectacular. 2.5” wide!

 

It could easily have been made by one of the factories that made other things for Weiss. Weiss was a notorious badger; they didn't have a factory of their own and contracted everything out. The contractor would add the Weiss "badge" onto the back of the piece. Those same companies made unmarked pieces in their own designs for sale in gift shops, department stores, etc. "unmarked Weiss" doesn't exist.

I always feel that when the manufacturer took the extra step to leave the backs open, you are looking at a nicer quality piece. I'm not great identifying D&E, so will leave that opinion to others. About Weiss, Ruth's info was good.

The hot pink is an unusual color for rhinestones. Makes me think this is a little bit later in production. Still vintage, just on the later end. I can see why you like it, it's large and bright and seems well made. Agree, perfect for Valentines Day.
