Featured Does anyone recognize this Asian game board?

I happened upon this board and expected it would be easy to figure out what game is was made for, but can't find it so looking for help. Does anyone recognize it? Hand carved of tropical wood, with hand-carved bone scenes and peg holders. First two pics show before I reglued the bone inserts in case the writing is meaningful. Also six bone pegs, but some may be missing. Looks asian to me?

If you wind up selling it later, you might want to save the image of the signatures under the square tiles you glued back! Neat cribbage board with a LOT of work put into making it!!!​

 

Nice. I collect Cribbage boards for my husband. Have not seen one like this.

 

Thanks all. I knew it looked familiar, though I've never played it. Made me look up the rules and history of the game - it's a card game and this is the score keeper (as you all knew, but I didn't). Thanks again.
