Do you recognize this Austrian ceramic porcelain mark?

I cannot find it online. It is hand painted in Austria. The engraved marks on the bottom say 17. It measures 4 inches tall by 6 1/4 inches in diameter at the top rim. I bought at a thrift store. Thank you.
