Divided glass dish, silver overlay. Maker?

    "Silver overlay" may not be the right term here, but wondered if anyone recognizes the maker. 6 1/2 inches across.

    the blank is Cambridge 3400 used with several etches and often named according to the etch. don't recognize the lily of the valley silver
