    Hello,

I tried doing the homework without much success. I’ve had these 4 little cups and saucers for a bit now and the only hit I’ve found is a set on eBay. The pattern and origin remains unknown to me.

Since it’s not marked apart from “sterling” I’m inclined to believe these are a recent make. Any guesses? DAC4484F-8A28-4322-8283-568FA702A40C.jpeg 06A20917-7F42-47F5-8644-2B686B947E66.jpeg F5DD9743-DC91-4819-9B82-70700F76D2C4.jpeg 77433324-C7E5-4208-A51B-E5EC4A2698CF.jpeg

Thank you! I’ve been piecing together a tea set for a while now and these came after a while of hunting. I’ve found some adorable Rosenthal liners for them with a small gold border. Lenox seems to make the majority of the liners I’ve seen online for some reason.

Die struck/formed no maker's mark so probably not made in the U.S.,construction technique has been around for over 100 years and would make them hard to date.

Being marked only "Sterling" doesn't really tell you anything about age or era. While I think that these are probably 20th century, I'm seeing a decor that was popular before WWII.

Yes, they are marked only Sterling, but I don't think you should count US manufacture out.

I kept trying to figure out why your set looked so familiar - then I realized that I had a similar (tho not the same) one in one of my cabinets!

The cup portion of mine is marked for WEBSTER silver. I can't get a good shot of the mark, but it's located where I've shown with the red arrow here:

I wouldn't be at all surprised if yours were Webster, also.
