It looks Dutch, most likely by one of the companies which are not located in Delft. But I don't know which one, sorry.

Ditto, without something more to go on it's probably going to be near impossible to identify the maker. I'd venture a guess that it's 20th Century souvenir ware.

If one spells "Delft" with a "C"elft + a squiggle and a dot, and a bird flying upside down...

The squiggle is the s of Delfts. Or in this case Celfts.:D The Dutch never call Delfts Delft, but Delfts, which means from the town of Delft or in the Delft style.;)
The bird flying upside down is a rare phenomenon, even here in the Netherlands.:hilarious:

"Delfts" is not possible to say without either whistling or spitting!

There is a lot of whistling and spitting going on in the Netherlands. I always take a small umbrella with me, just in case....

@toblerob, Hi and WELCOME to ANITQUERS!! It's really best to show as many different angles of your object as you can when posting images....it gives those trying to help YOU identify it more to go on!!!!! So if you have more, it would be best to post them!! Thanks!!

Yes, a pretty 20th century souvenir piece, could be 1950s.
Most 20th century Delfts is souvenir, Dutch people generally don't buy recent Delfts. I live in the Netherlands and don't know anyone who has non-antique Delfts. Everyone knows it as one of those typically Dutch things though, and some of it can be of superb quality.
