Date this Meissen Porcelain Serving Tray 18th century?

 

I'm no expert, but this is what I found ...

Are the two slashes scratched into the surface across the swords? That's what I think it should be if I'm understanding the link. So, if those are scratches, they may just be discolored from imbedded grime and not part of the painted crossed swords.

Just thinking aloud.

 

Old staple repair, and yep, 2 slashes means 2nd quality. 19th c. I think, but not certain.
