Yes, it does, it is a koummya, a Berber dagger.
Morocco used to be French. The blade may have been made in France for Berber use, or made in Morocco by a firm with a French name.
The sheath is beautiful, is it silver?

I think the stamp may have been inspired by Napoleon III coins that were already old at the time.
We don't give values here, but you can search the internet for 'silver koummya'. Remember, prices can vary a lot.

@kyratango do you know if the Napoleon III coin stamp was used later for non-coin purposes? Maybe a famous French blade maker?

    Pleasure, Dawid.
I hope kyratango knows about the use of the stamp, she is French. Others may also know the maker of the blade.

I wouldn't assume that it dates to the time of Napoleon, or is necessarily French or Moroccan-made. I'd suspect it is fairly new, meaning within the last few decades.
There have been many companies making these for sale to collectors, in recent years, including import firms such as Atlanta Cutlery - they mostly contract with makers in India and China; their products are generally not marked "made in China" and may carry marks that at first glance appear to be old or French, on knives that appear to be Moroccan.
Not saying yours is necessarily such an import, but one shouldn't discount the possibility; and it is always wise to do the research before coming to a conclusion.

  10. You should se when you have in your hand. Is not new or even 50 years old is much older

There's a lot of good information in there, and photos of some very nice old knives.
I always find it best to gather information before making up my mind......and a familiarity with the import dealers is often helpful too. A person who is well-versed in the genuine article, but has never visited an import shop, can sometimes be mistaken.
And of course, there is no substitute for having an item in hand....which is why I'm not offering an opinion, other than to point out that the world is full of both old genuine items, and newer ones.
And by the way, welcome to the forum, Dawid!

    @ Dawid Dzieciol

Closeup photos might have been helpful, handle, the "signature" on the sheath and the marks on the blade.
